Eric began his career in 1999 as an Office Specialist for CBRE, Inc. For 17
years, he successfully leveraged the CBRE platform to assist his clients in all aspects of commercial real estate from leasing to investments of office property.  Eric continues to serve clients in tenant and landlord representation as well as investment acquisition and disposition. Mr. Ramirez has the experience and in-depth market knowledge to enable him to excel in developing and implementing effective strategies that establish a competitive edge in providing outstanding outcomes for his clients.
